Gary Goddards background as a writer, director, and producer of major motion pictures and television productions is one reason our company retains its unique leadership position within the leisure industry. Building upon this legacy, our company maintains the unique ability to create film, video, and music productions for its many projects throughout the world. Recent examples include the production and direction of the animated shows, Deepos Undersea 3D Wondershow and Hersheys Really Big 3D Show. We worked with Benoit Jutras (composer of Cirque du Soleils Mystere and O) in the creation of the soundtrack for the Glow In The Park parades. We also composed and produced the soundtrack for the Georgia Aquarium performed by the Los Angeles Philharmonic.
Moving into 2010 and beyond, The Goddard Group will be expanding its horizons and developing several projects for the big screen and for television. Motion picture projects now in development include Jexium Island, a childrens adventure story set on an unknown island in the pacific; The Jumping Frog Of Calaveras County, an animated feature length film based upon Mark Twains classic tale; and the return of Gary Goddards iconic 1980s creation, Captain Power. We are also developing Shadow Killer, an adaptation of the book of the same name set in the rugged mountains of Seattle where the terrifying legend of Sasquatch comes to life. Another property, Back In The Day, reveals the story of the birth of West Coast hip hop at the legendary Los Angeles radio station, K-DAY.
One of the great things about working at The Goddard Group is the way the creative and production teams are able to work together to create real magic for our clients and partners. As part of the producing team, I am able to communicate instantly with the creative director, the designer or any other member of our team, so solutions come fast. The fact that upper management is composed of individuals who are hands-on with regard to design and production makes life so much easier when were committed to a project. We are also guided by an owner who has produced, written and directed film, television and stage productions giving us the kind of support we need to bring our projects to life in a way few others can. With our in-house production resources for everything including scoring, film, video and animation production, we are able to ensure a smooth realization of the creators vision consistently in all forms of entertainment.
