The Goddard Group is organized as a modified studio system and operates with a core executive management group overseeing multiple project teams of varying sizes. The executive team consists of Managing Directors in the areas of Design, Production, Architecture, Media, Operations, New Business, Accounting, and Human Resources. Each manager is a hands-on participant in the process of design and production...meaning they are all actively engaged in our various projects.
At the start of each new project a team consisting of a creative director, project director, and project designer are assigned to lead the effort. Each project team makes use of the companys roster of in-house artists, designers, writers, illustrators and architects as needed. Our location in Hollywood also gives us access to an extensive network of long-standing relationships with many of the best independent artists, illustrators, and designers in the industry. These various team members provide ongoing support to our projects as needed. In this way, we are able to meet the requirements of any project regardless of size or scope.
The studio system employed at The Goddard Group allows for maximum efficiency for our clients, partners and associates, providing a highly successful and cost-effective approach to both design and production. With specific teams focusing on the projects and productions, and with senior management providing overall supervision and support as required, we have a system of checks and balances that result in a focused and highly responsive organization. It is this system that has allowed us, in seven short years, to create, design, produce and build a multitude of complex projects around the world. The studio atmosphere at our company is
creative, cordial and professional, allowing for easy communication between staff members while at the same time providing the support they need to create and produce consistent high quality work. Truly our most valuable asset is our staff; a team of dedicated and talented people who are committed to creating the best attractions, resorts, shows, and theme parks in the world.
The mark of any great company is communicated not just through its work, but by the people who are at the heart of things. I think we have a wonderful group of people at The Goddard Group; a team of talented, dedicated, creative and resourceful people who each form a unique part of our studio. The corporate culture encourages creativity, individuality and flexibility while motivating people to perform at their best level. We encourage our people to have fun at work...its one of the keys to our success. But we also ensure that professional respect is maintained between managers, staff and team members at all times. I believe that this balance, the sweet spot found right between working to the highest standards in our industry while having fun doing it, is one of the main reasons our work stands out from others.
