Gary begins a long term association with Henry Gluck, Chairman of Caesars World, Inc., with the creation of The World Of Caesar Pavilion at Caesars Palace. The new attraction increases attendance into the West Casino at Caesars from 2,000 people a day to a staggering 20,000, launching a building boom for “themed structures” along the Strip.
