One of the greatest strengths of The Goddard Group is our extensive international experience. Having created projects in countries the world over, our team is adept at navigating through the many artistic, cultural and communication aspects required for international productions. Our hands-on experience has led us to successful developments in Korea, Japan, Mexico, Australia, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia and the Philippines.
We are creating new projects in countries that include China, Sweden, Portugal, Dubai, Qatar, and Indonesia. With an ever expanding presence overseas, our company is dedicated to bringing our experience and creativity to partners on every continent. Throughout the world the desire and need for family entertainment has never been stronger. And The Goddard Group is responding to this need by creating a new generation of entertainment attractions designed to appeal to this ever expanding market. Our goal is to have GG-branded attractions in every major city of the world over the next decade. In order to achieve this goal we are committed to expanding our global presence through the development of long-term relationships with strong, local-based partners, associates, and operators throughout the world.
Entertainment, and the need to be entertained, is universal, so our attractions have no borders. Working in accounting provides me with a unique perspective on the companys direction and focus, and clearly, with roughly 50% of our projects being overseas, we are truly an international company. The way our team approaches the international work is fascinating to see. With a clear sensitivity to each new country in which we operate, our team studies the market and the local audience, determining the characteristics of each new attraction and whether or not that attraction is meant to appeal to the local market or to encourage tourism. Once we understand the audience, we begin to create a unique attraction for that specific audience in that specific region of the world. The results of this process are hard to argue with. We have been successful with every project the world over. We ARE a global company.
