A company where quality comes first makes for a great working environment. The studio environment at The Goddard Group brings artists, writers, designers, architects and other creative people together in a truly unique place and they seem to really enjoy the way Gary and the executive team work. To me, its reminiscent of when I worked at Imagineering at the start of my career. The fact that Gary worked as a show designer with Disney Imagineering probably has a lot to do with that. In fact, in the early days of Garys first company, Gary Goddard Productions, he brought in Disney legends from Imagineering such as Marc Davis, Al Bertino, Herb Ryman and many others to work with the younger team. Now, those younger designers are the senior designers, trained and mentored by the best in the industry. Its nice to be recognized with awards from your peers, but I think the real reward comes from the millions of people who enjoy the theme parks, attractions, resorts and entertainment productions created by Gary and his team.
